Do you work with organisations outside Victoria?
Yes — the majority of clients are across NSW, Victoria, and Queensland. Travel is available for on-site workshops and kickoffs; most delivery is remote. Australian-based throughout.
How quickly can you start a project?
Current availability varies. For advisory work, I can usually schedule within a week. For projects, typical lead time is 2–4 weeks for scoping and contracting. Urgent engagements are sometimes possible — ask.
Do you work with subcontractors, or is it just you?
Primarily me. For large projects I bring in trusted specialist partners (e.g., SAP integration, specific industry domains) but I remain the architect and accountable deliverer. You're not getting a team where I disappear after the sales call.
We're locked into our current vendor. Can you still help?
Usually yes. Most engagements involve working within existing vendor contracts rather than ripping them out. The question is always: what's the best outcome from where you are now, not what would I do with a blank slate.
We're a government agency with strict procurement rules. Can you work with us?
Yes — ProcessBI has delivered for public-sector agencies in Australia and is familiar with ICT procurement panels, government supplier requirements, and standard government contract frameworks.
Do you do implementation or just advisory?
Both — and most engagements include both. The advisory informs the architecture; the implementation delivers it. I don't hand a document to a junior team; I build what I design. If you only need advisory (review, assessment, strategy), that's also a valid standalone engagement.
What does a first call look like?
30 minutes. You describe the challenge; I ask direct questions to understand the actual problem (not the stated problem). No pitch deck, no demo. At the end you'll know if this is the right fit, and I'll have enough context to give you a rough sense of approach and cost range. Zero obligation.
Can you sign an NDA before the initial conversation?
Yes, absolutely. Happy to execute an NDA ahead of any detailed technical discussion. Standard mutual NDA — just send yours or I can provide ProcessBI's.
